Last updated: 16 May 2026

For educational purposes only

PeptideRX AU is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified, registered Australian medical practitioner.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PeptideRX AU (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Educational purpose only

All content, questionnaires, eligibility indicators, peptide category suggestions, and PDF summaries produced by the Service are educational tools designed to help you organise information for a future discussion with a registered medical practitioner. They are not clinical recommendations. No content on this Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to use, purchase, import, or self-administer any peptide, medicine, or therapeutic good.

3. Not medical advice

The Service does not provide medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified, AHPRA-registered medical practitioner with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, peptide, or treatment option. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or generated on this Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 000 immediately.

4. No prescription, no supply

The Service does not prescribe, dispense, supply, ship, or facilitate the supply of any peptide or medicine. In Australia, peptides discussed on this Service are generally not registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) for the indications considered, and may only be supplied by a registered medical practitioner, where clinically appropriate.

5. Eligibility to use

You must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident to use the Service. The Service is not intended for use by persons who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an active malignancy, or who have other contraindications screened during the intake.

6. Accuracy and limitations

The Service uses automated tools to structure your intake. It may produce results that are incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. The Service does not replace clinical judgement. You acknowledge that any eligibility result is indicative only and is not a guarantee of any clinical outcome, diagnosis, or prescription.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideRX AU and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including any decisions made or actions taken based on information from the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

Information you enter is processed for the sole purpose of producing your educational pre-qualification summary. PDF summaries are generated locally in your browser. We do not sell your personal information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of New South Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

By using PeptideRX AU you confirm that you understand and accept that this Service is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a registered medical practitioner.
