The process

How PeptideDoctorAU works

A clinically-tuned conversational intake captures your profile, then surfaces an indicative eligibility result.

Regulatory note

Most peptide products discussed are not registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) as finished medicines for the indications considered. They may only be supplied to Australian patients via a registered medical practitioner, where clinically appropriate. This service does not supply peptides directly.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the intake take?

About 5 minutes. It's a conversational, one-question-at-a-time format — no long forms to scroll through.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You don't need a referral to start the intake or to book a telehealth consult with our Australian prescribers.

What happens after I finish the intake?

You'll receive a PDF summary of your responses and an indicative eligibility result. If you're suitable, you can book a $99 telehealth consult with an AHPRA-registered Australian doctor who reviews your intake before the call.

Is the consultation telehealth or in-person?

Consultations are telehealth (video or phone) so you can see a prescriber from anywhere in Australia. Pathology, if required, is done at a local collection centre.

How is my peptide dispensed?

If your doctor prescribes a peptide via the TGA SAS-B / Authorised Prescriber pathway, it's compounded by a TGA-licensed Australian pharmacy and shipped to you with batch testing documentation.

Can I use private health insurance or Medicare?

Peptide therapy via SAS-B is not bulk-billed and is generally not covered by private health insurance. You pay the $99 consult fee and any medication / pathology costs directly.
